Diwadi.com is a desktop app. You can have smart triggers for your folder. One can create files like pptx, csv, etc using AI. It downloads open source tts, stt model and make it work offline, so one can do unlimited tts or stt.
Apart from this it also has inbuilt preview and edit support for major file types.
